REGARDING TIMING OF PRODUCT SHIPMENT:
If there is a problem with inventory of your ordered product, we will inform you via email and allow you to decide to wait for inventory to become available or cancel the order. Shipping will be through Japanese Takyubin. (Please note: Due to the quality of the boxes already provided with each product, we are not able to offer additional gift wrapping.)
Our credit card processing is through Stripe, which has PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry and the same rating as major on-line shopping sites such as Amazon. Cards supported include Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
REGARDING PRODUCT SHIPMENT:
Product will be sent using Takyubin and will mailed within 3 business days of order receipt and confirmation of payment. Shipping rates are ¥1,000/each for all products.
REGARDING PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your product or it is damaged before reaching you, please contact email@example.com for a replacement, depending upon conditions. Please note, ours is a small company and to avoid possible scams, under most circumstances we will not replace product more than once for a specific mailing address or individual. Your understanding is appreciated.
Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of product receipt in order to be eligible for a return and any refund due. If product has been delivered due to our error, all costs associated with returns will be at our expense. If product has been delivered due to customer error, costs associated with returns will be at the customer’s expense. Osborne reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any claims for refunds and to refuse returns in cases where the product has been damaged or visibly worn.
